Meet Our Stylists

Meet Katherine, Owner and stylist of Urban Salon and Spa. She started her career here in Murphy and has set the bar high. Making people feel and look their best has been her passion for the last 17 years. Katherine specializes in blonding and precision hair cuts. She is certified in Hair extensions. 

Chasity began her career in 2010 after graduating from AB tech with an education in cosmetic arts. She has built her business locally for 12 years focusing on helping clients look and feel their best! 

Chasity specializes in primary color, highlighting and low lighting techniques, and mens precision cuts, curly hair techniques. She is also our extension consultant. 

Cindy has been in the industry for 25 years and has the skill to prove it. Cindy specializes in primary color, highlighting techniques, and formal up-styling. Cindy is also one of our certified stylist in Keratin Complex treatment. 

Tamala has served in the industry since 1999. She has many certifications including, A Redken colorist and master colorist. Tamala is also certified in hair extensions! 

Kailey began working at the salon during her time in school before becoming a stylist. She enjoys keeping up with all the trendy cuts and expanding her knowledge in color and blonding techniques.

Breanna joined out team in 2020 while still studying to become a stylist. She has since graduated and is now a certified stylist, offering lash extension services. 

Meet Megan, a highly skilled stylist who joined Urban in 2021 after graduating from North Georgia Tech. She is skilled in Mens cuts and highlighting techniques. She also offers Manicures & Pedicures. She always has a welcoming smile on her face!

Luci started her hair career in California in 1996. She specializes in precision hair cutting, razor cutting, and men’s cuts. Show her a style and she will do her best to replicate it! She has been a huge asset to Urban since moving here in 2022. We are lucky to have her!

With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in providing nail services such as Gel, Acrylic, Pedicures, and nail art. My main focus is on maintaining the health of your nails while ensuring that my clients feel welcomed and have a pleasant experience. You are welcome to visit my studio, The Naked Nail.

Kaylea has been a Bridal Makeup Artist for 6 years. The world of makeup and skin care is her passion! Aside from makeup, Kaylea offers facials, body waxing, and Spray Tans! Whether you’re preparing yourself for your special day or simply in need of some well deserved pampering, she has you covered! When not in the salon she enjoys spending time with her Husband, Dalton, and puppy dog, Chief!
